For bulk wholesale customers, the terms agreed upon verbally or in writing with customer service shall prevail. If the goods are returned due to customer preferences or other issues, the customer must bear the return shipping costs. For pre-ordered goods due to large quantities, we will only refund up to 30% of the goods.
