Our eyelash primer is carefully formulated with 1,2-hexanediol and tocopherol (vitamin E). It is specially designed to enhance eyelashes and create a vivid eye contour. The application method is extremely convenient: 1. Dip the primer into the tube opening and gently wipe off the excess. 2. Apply in a Z-shaped motion from the base of the lashes outward. 3. Gently apply the tip or side of the brush to the lower lashes. It can also make the lashes thicker and less prone to clumping.
